Ingredients for Sabudana Poha
- Sago – 150 grams
- Peas – half cup
- Carrot – 1 (finely chopped)
- Potato – 1 (finely chopped)
- Sweet Corn – 20 – 30 grams 4 teaspoons
- Oil – 3 tsp
- Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
- Tomatoes – 1 finely chopped
- Green chili – 2 (finely chopped)
- Curry leaves – 6 – 7
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt – as per taste
- Lemon – half chopped
- Coriander – finely chopped
How to make Sabudana Poha recipe
Soak the sago seeds 2 to 3 hours before. After 3 hours, drain the sago with water and filter it.
Now add oil and heat it. When the oil is hot, add curry leaves, green chillies, onions, when the onion is soft add all the chopped vegetables, tomatoes, sweet corn, turmeric powder and salt, and mix it. Cover and cook the vegetables.
How To Make Poha Recipe
When the vegetables are cooked well, add sago and mix, now add black pepper powder in it and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Turn off the gas and mix lemon juice and green coriander. Sago Poha Recipe is ready.
